1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CIGNITE provides team building experiences, corporate training, and celebration entertainment services. The specific details of each service are discussed and agreed upon before booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment
  • Final payment is due as agreed before or after the event
  • Payment methods and terms are discussed during booking
  • Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days notice: Full refund of advance payment
  • 3-7 days notice: 50% of advance payment refunded
  • Less than 3 days notice: No refund of advance payment
  • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling with 48+ hours notice, subject to availability

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

5. Participant Requirements

  • Participants must follow safety instructions provided by our facilitators
  • Parent/guardian must be present for children's events
  • Participants with health concerns should inform us in advance
  • We reserve the right to remove participants who pose safety risks

6. Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing a suitable venue/space as discussed
  • Ensuring venue access at the agreed time for setup
  • Any venue-specific permissions required

7. Liability

  • Participants engage in activities at their own risk
  • We maintain appropriate insurance for our services
  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence
  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings

8. Photography and Media

We may take photos/videos during events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before the event.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of CIGNITE and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
